All parcels are shipped from Hong Kong. We provide free worldwide shipping with DHL eCommerce Asia Pacific and Hong Kong Post.
Orders are shipped within 48-72 hours after being placed (currently it may take a little longer due to coronavirus outbreak). Delivery time is about 3 weeks for United States of America and European countries and 3-4 weeks for other countries. We guarantee that all parcels are sent in time, but please keep in mind that sometimes delivery may be delayed for various reasons that we cannot control.
You can track your parcel using its tracking number on 17track.net. Tracking information appears in a few days after sending the parcel.
Order editing and cancellation
After payment you cannot change any information or cancel your order, because its processing starts immediately. Please make sure that all details of the order (item, prescription, full name, shipping address, postal code, phone number, etc.) are correct before paying. In case of providing incorrect information, the responsibility is on the buyer.
Refund is possible in case if the item was damaged during shipment or it was sent the wrong item instead of that you ordered. If this happened, please contact us immediately by e-mail email@example.com. If you do not like the color you ordered, refund is not possible. Please note that the same lenses may look differently on different eyes.
